Why we were founded?

Winsness Marketing was founded to redesign what marketing looks like in the digital age. Marketing should focus on adding value to your customer’s life and letting them make an informed decision instead of pushing the product down their throat. When you inform first, your customers will view you as an expert and trust your brand. A trusting client is a client for life.

What does it mean to add value first?

Adding value is a buzzword passed around in marketing, and not many people care to define it. At Winsness Marketing, we define a value-first strategy by answering the simple question of why potential customers should care or engage with your website, ads, or social media content. For the HVAC industry, it can be as simple as posting content that informs the community on how to get longevity out of your heating and cooling unit instead of just posting promotions for new units. When you can answer why someone else wants to follow and engage with your content, you are adding value first and pushing the product second.

Cole Winsness

Founder and Media Buyer

During Cole’s final semester of undergrad, he realized marketing today has become about pushing products and not about brand value. To counter this unsought of lacking digital strategies, Cole launched Winsness Marketing. He uses his years of digital marketing experience, three years of undergrad getting a marketing degree, and his MBA curriculum to redefine what it means to be in front of the customer. As a result, Cole has grown his paid media portfolio to clients with budgets over $10,000 a month in the HVAC sector and built the digital portfolio of real estate investment companies.
